Nord Est Olbia marks the revival of one of the city's most iconic venues, reimagined through a bespoke interior fit-out that seamlessly combines elegance, functionality and versatility. Completed by AFA Arredamenti, the project has transformed the space into a contemporary destination designed to welcome guests throughout the day, from breakfast and lunch to dinner, extending into the evening with a cocktail bar and champagne lounge, offering a dynamic and engaging hospitality experience.
The interiors are defined by a refined and contemporary aesthetic, where carefully selected materials, lighting and custom furnishings interact in perfect harmony. The combination of black steel, satin stainless steel and black lacquered finishes creates a sophisticated visual identity, while surfaces in Nero Assoluto ceramic enhance the bar counters and worktops with depth and elegance. Completing the project, upholstered seating in premium fabrics and velvet adds warmth, comfort and a distinctive sense of luxury.
The layout has been carefully planned to enhance every functional area of the venue. The restaurant, cocktail bar and champagne lounge coexist seamlessly, ensuring smooth circulation and an inviting atmosphere for guests throughout the day and evening. Turnkey hospitality interiors, bespoke contract furniture and meticulous attention to detail define a space where aesthetics and practicality merge into a unique experience.
The result is a venue with a strong visual identity and an international appeal, where high-end contract furnishings, restaurant interior design and custom-made solutions enhance every detail, establishing Nord Est as one of Olbia's new landmarks for hospitality and contemporary dining.
