The Chora of Mykonos island hosts an innovative concept, a temporary store, a cocktail bar but also a refined and elegant restaurant.
AFA Arredamenti, with the collaboration of the TECNAM Progetti studio, has realized a new concept store: BOLLICINE. The atmosphere has a significant emotional impact and it doesn’t only change from space to space but it also changes in the different time of the day, thanks to an accurate lighting project.
The building is in the city center, it is been renewed following the architectural principles of the place but with modern structural features which allowed a functional space use.
MicroCement, natural iron, glass and lacquered wood are the principal materials used for these location, shaded in the colors of black, white and grey.
The scenic element that connect the 3 levels is a stair, realized in iron with a natural refinement, protected with a security rail in clear glass.
The store is located on the ground floor: the particularity of the structure allowed us to furnish the place with a style very simple and very functional, a perfect place to expose clothes and accessories.
The middle floor is dedicated to all the technical spaces while the cocktail, bar and restaurant area have been realized on the third floor which has an internal part but also a remarkable terrace with a huge visual effect.
