Mission: reorganizing the breakfast area of the BELLETTINI Hotel.
There is a bar counter covered with stoneware refined with Moorish marble. An open kitchen is overseen by a professional chef, that realizes dishes for clients in real time. This “modus operandi” of making those who normally are “behind the scenes” (like a chef) work nearby clientele is increasingly common, above all in higher-level location.
The area is dominated by light tones: parquet flooring, light grey walls and the ceiling that is adorned with plaster decorations. A refined place, thought in every detail, that lend elegance to the entire dining room.
