Sigep 2009: from 17th to 21st January in Rimini
Sigep 2009 was the 30th edition of the International Exhibition of hancrafted Ice cream, Pastry and Bakery, held in Rimini from 17 to 21 January.
A new proof of the great worldwide importance of the ice cream fair, where even the handcrafted bakery sector has acquired more prestige.
Sigep presented lots of innovations regarding raw materials and compound ingredients, plants and equipment, furniture and services for hancrafted ice cream, pastry, and bakery.
Thematic areas, international competitions and championships, demonstrations, updating courses and seminars, and exhibitions contributed to create a unique and great event.
