APART is a confortable, functional and elegant bar and pastry, where you can eat every sweet deliciousness made by the master pastry chef Franco Apa, but also typical Calabrian food.
APART is situated in the main shopping street in Cosenza. It offers every kind of service, from restaurant to coffee bar, but its main calling card is without any doubt the pastry and ice-cream area, supplied every day by the Ancient Pastry of the master pastry chef Franco Apa.
Every service has its own designated post and specific areas with their personal appearance which creates a “shop-in-shop” effect.
At the entrance there are two elegant and scenic showcases which show all the pastry products in a refined location, with furnishings made of brass and marble finish. The coffee bar is situated in the main area, in a more informal place, with ash and iron furnishings. The last part is dedicated to the food area, which hosts a big counter with a shelf that sticks out to allow personnel to serve tasty food platters and sandwiches made with typical Calabrian products. In this area, the main materials that have been used are marble, wood and brass, which give strenght and originality to the entire location.
