The new Factory Gym Club Milan, designed by Lai Studio | Maurizio Lai Architects and brought to life by AFA Arredamenti, is a contemporary fitness space where design, functionality, and premium materials come together to create an exclusive training environment. Every area has been carefully developed to ensure comfort, durability, and refined aesthetics, while reflecting the brand's identity through bespoke interior solutions.
AFA Arredamenti completed the reception area, changing rooms, and training spaces, creating interiors defined by a bold and distinctive architectural language. Black lacquered glass, black sheet metal, perforated metal panels, and steel finishes combine to shape an elegant industrial atmosphere, conveying strength, sophistication, and energy.
One of the project's signature features is the striking smoked mirrored ceiling, which enhances the perception of space while creating a dramatic visual impact. Carefully selected decorative wallpaper enriches the interiors, adding depth and character while complementing the dark finishes and metallic elements throughout the gym.
This project showcases AFA Arredamenti's expertise in custom gym interiors and bespoke contract furniture, combining craftsmanship, attention to detail, and tailor-made manufacturing solutions. The result is a modern and welcoming fitness environment designed to accompany members throughout their experience, from the reception area to the workout spaces, achieving the perfect balance between contemporary design, functionality, and architectural identity.
